The NSW Department of Education has employed six SEO1 Curriculum Officers to support NSW Public School teachers with the implementation of the translated Stage 5 TAS syllabuses.

The officers have a range of expertise across the TAS KLA and will initially focus on the development of resources and registered professional learning. The officers will also be available to support networks of schools with face to face and online support from Term 3 2019.

The registered professional learning will be a series of online training modules enabling teachers to develop their knowledge and understanding of the syllabus translations and strategies for programming and implementation. the e Learning modules should be available in term 3 through MyPL.
