Syllabus Implementation online event:

Dan Rytmeister has scheduled an Adobe Connect for 3.30pm, 13 September 2018. This will be a one hour presentation to break down the new Technology Mandatory Syllabus. It is similar to the first session of the Technology Mandatory Syllabus Implementation workshops and is intended for schools that cannot access the face to face events.

Help! How do I teach Technology Mandatory in Years 7-8 using Project Based Learning and a ‘Paddock to Plate’ and ‘Food Solutions’ focus?

Venue: James Ruse Agricultural High School

Date and Time:  Wednesday 12th September 9am – 4pm

Course details: A one day event designed especially for those who are new to project based learning using a paddock to plate and food solutions focus.

Teachers will develop knowledge and understandings about PBL, and they will use and take away easy practical curriculum examples to use in the classroom aligned to the new NSW Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum, Technology Mandatory.

Included is a site visit to of the school farm.

Cost: $260 and $195 for Members of NSW Professional Associations
